31. but i love music from the 80s.the 90s were a lost decade for music and im not impressed with the new age were in now.when i was 21 i was the only female dj in all of san diego. i worked clubs like black angus and did private partys. its was a very wild ride.but the drunks drove me out of thebusiness. i still have an entire music library from then. what great times!

me, too. if i ever get to NYC i am gonna see about challenging Ba Ba Booey to a "Stump the Booey" contest. if i win i get $5k and if i lose i get to see some hot babe nekkid - although the latter would be the most difficult part of it all - and i know i would have to split the $5k with her if i won.

as for lou gramm and foreigner - too funny although if you want to talk about one of the best albums of its time - REO Speedwagon "Hi Infidelity" is pretty solid

also one of the best albums ever is Def Leppard "Pyromania" - i LOVE the song "Pour Some Sugar on Me"

yeah - sorta

i was in NYC in 1991 for the NIT post-season semis and later that year for the pre-season finals

because i worked at espn they hooked me up with freebies about 5 rows off the court. saw the post-season finals sitting next to Howie Schwab (Stump the Schwab - and also he was on our softball team that won the title) as well as Fred Gaudelli (MNF Producer) and Karie Ross (on-air talent - his g/f at the time - now Mrs. Dave Dumbrowski - and in her prime - Karie was smooooooooooooooooking hot - dumb as a bag of rocks - but HOT!)

you'll love this story: so i am in NYC for the 1st time ever for those 1991 finals. i get there early so i can have some NYC food. i get a dog - and ask for it with kraut, mustard and ketchup. i found out the latter is a NO-NO in NYC. as soon as i asked for it - the hot dog guy says he knows i'm not from around "here" and asks if i am from CA. i say "yes" and ask how did he know - and he tells me only CA people want ketchup on their dog. later i go to a pizza place and get a few slices. i like parm cheese added on my pizza. so after getting the pizza i see a shaker - and figure it is Parm Cheese. NOPE! Garlic Salt. by the time i almost emptied the bottle on my pizza it was more garlic than pizza. needless to say i made sure not to breathe anywhere near Karie Ross that night - for her hair mighta caught on fire had i done so! i learned a lesson that night - did i ever

my feeling on NYC is that it is one big toilet that has overflowed. the town stinks - the people are ruder than rude and they all think they are God's gift to mankind. growing up my mom said how i would tell her that New York was NOT part of the United States. now i only wish it was that way. NYC is nothing more than arat infested hell hole where people are all glad to be from there - but no longer living there. if NYC fell into the Ocean not only would i not shed a tear - i'd throw a huge party. especially if it took all NY sports' teams with them.

Atention WFAN: the world does NOT revolve around NYC teams - and with the exception of the Yankees - NONE of your teams has even come close to competing for a title in the last 10 years-ish (save the Mets in 2000 - i think it was 2000 - in what was one of the lowest rated WS ever - which tells you how little people think of that toilet of a city)

if i never set foot in that State i won't shed a single tear - as well as Illinois

im serious hache.. I like "mandy"

Me too Noreaga, I like all type of music, regardless of the artist. I'm even man enough to say I like a few "Boy Bands" songs. No I'm not gay, I just like music. :lolBIG: As I've said on here before in the past, I'll never understand how or why an artist is judged by the type of music they sing........
